Rich notes of toffee treacle, polished mahogany wood and pickled strawberries. Stewed rhubarb, caramelised bananas and lemon sherbet.

Palate

Bursting with notes of stewed rhubarb, hot cinnamon custard and cherry fruit leather. Dried mango pieces, coconut flakes and resin follow with a double cream finish.

Finish

Textures of leather and creaminess with stewed sour fruits drying the palate.
