Nose

Very citrussy: lime marmalade, lemon drizzle cake, and a hint of waxy orange peel. Cloudy apple juice, subtle raisin, macadamia nut, mascarpone, and mixed seeds.

Palate

Light-medium. Tart lemon, tinned pear, and orange marmalade. Eccles cake (flaky pastry and raisin), crème pâtissière, and slightly overdone multigrain toast. Banana and yoghurt smoothie.

Finish

Medium-short, on lemon and lime sorbet and shortbread.

Comment

Delightfully light and fruity. A blended Scotch I’d come back to.
