Nose

Cream soda and limeade, porridge with honey and underripe banana. Cut flower stems and daffodil.

Palate

Very light bodied. Sweet vanilla and creamy – like squirty cream. An intriguing balance of fresh blackberries, fruity chalk sweets, fondant and brioche. A distinctive almond note rises and falls.

Finish

Medium. The almond fades to red apple.

Comment

A very pleasing, simple blend. Takes a while to get going, though.
