Nose

A little shy, but there’s newly printed papers, pear drop, vanilla pod and a touch of modelling clay. Spirity, but pleasantly so.

Palate

Vanilla sponge cake, with butter icing and a smear of raspberry jam. A little icing sugar dusting. Sweetened egg yolks and corn cake. Some subtle pear drop. White chocolate, a touch of toffee and a little sweet nougat.

Finish

Fades out on a sweet, bready note.

Comment

Like eating a custard doughnut. Really rather tasty.
