Nose

Salted caramel-coated digestive biscuits, ripe kiwis, banana yoghurt and roasted fig purée. Baked sweet potatoes with sea salt flakes and crushed pink peppercorns.

Palate

Hot salted peanuts, dark treacle ginger loaf, Marmite Twiglets and a buttery Oreo cookie crumble. Barbecued pink grapefruit segments, honeydew melon and a touch of chilli flakes

Finish

A little bit of water calms the heat down and smooths out the spice.
