Tasting Notes

Nose

Overt 'sherry' notes: dried fruit, nuts etc. Similar to a palo cortado. A lovely red fruit quality alongside butter, raisin and, in time, toffee apple/baked apple and a hint of smoke.

Palate

Good rich weight and a soft feel. Chewy. Great balance.

Finish

Rounded.

Comment

An elegant, beautifully balanced whisky.
