Nose

Bright and bursting from the glass: lemongrass and Sprite, freshly squeezed lime, and sugar syrup.

Palate

Creamy and fragrant — almost sake-like in its delicacy. There’s some nice floral characteristics, along a touch of toasted barley and some white sugar.

Finish

A little fizzy spice at front of tongue and lasting sweetness.
