Tasting Notes

Nose

Autumnal. Old leather, gun oil, dried flowers with a lift of raspberry. Rich, burnt/roasted meaty notes with treacle and light smoke.

Palate

Seems old. Truffles, smoke, Seville orange peel, antique shops, leather and a Sunday roast on the table.

Finish

Long and balanced.

Comment

The wood is ever present but it is working in harmony with the spirit – which has the depth of character to cope. At its peak.
