Nose
Peaches-and-cream candies, graham cracker, and marshmallow fluff. Then banana, honeydew melon, and pear. Creamy toffee and buttery biscuit dough. Underneath, very subtle sweet florals.
Palate
Light. The sweet fruity and floral notes of the nose come first, followed by bitter chilli-laced dark chocolate, spiced fruit cake, orange peel, and blackcurrant jam. Underpinned by bready malt.
Finish
A warming exit, leaving freshly baked cupcake and orange-flavoured chocolate.
Comment
A little water helps to bring the spirit character forward.
