Nose

Lightly yeasty with a touch of nose burn. Little balsa wood and rice cakes with a hint of pencil eraser. Reserved and fairly cool.

Palate

Firm and very clean with a certain youthful sterility to it. Clean and a hint of floral character. Very little cask influence.

Finish

Clean, short, sherbet.

Comment

Well made spirit but maybe a more active cask would push it forward\rslightly faster. But then maybe I'm just a little impatient.
