Nose
Light vanilla dairy notes: Cornish cream, crème brûlée, sugary icing, rich tea biscuits, desiccated coconut, and almond milk. Fresh fruit notes of lemon zest and lime juice. Waxy, with hints of fragrant daffodils.
Palate
Medium bodied, presenting dry biscuit notes, homemade muesli, almond flakes, and mellow sweetness.
Finish
Mild wood spices building to black pepper and water biscuits.
Comment
The cereal dryness works well with the fresher and zestier ester driven sweet notes. This whisky is fresh and balanced.
