Nose

Subtle at first, with a delicate citrus note alongside vanilla beans and digestive biscuits.

Palate

Gentle on the palate but still filled with a wealth of flavour: green grass and honey come to the fore, then a burst of powdery lavender sweeties as the palate develops.

Finish

Mid-length palate — quite gentle for the ABV. A bit of wood tannin and tannic notes towards the end.
