Nose

A heady walk through the bazaar. Dried barberries, saffron, dried figs, dates and rose-flavoured nougat. Ricotta with dried fruits and mixed citrus peels, pastry and milk chocolate. Cannoli, anyone?

Palate

Dried cranberries and raisins. Fig and plum jam. Concentrated baked red apple, pear and brambles. Orange oils, cherry sweets and Punt e Mes vermouth.

Finish

Medium. On dried berries and roasted pistachio.
