Nose

Some nice jammy orchard fruits — apple crumble and poached pears, then vanilla bean and candle wax.

Palate

Really waxy and wonderful — lots of bright fruit (red apples, fresh apricots, ripe bananas, and a touch of warm pineapple), honeycomb, and custard.

Finish

Medium length with a slight dryness at the back of the tongue.

Yummy! Balanced, nice levels of sweetness, spice, and bitterness with a great texture.
