Nose

Peppermint cremes and Turkish delights served with ripe peaches and nectarines that create a light, juicy air. Talcum powder, lavender and crushed pine nuts develop.

Palate

Juicy bursts of strawberries, peach puree and raisins tied up with the creaminess of natural Greek yoghurt and cola ice cream. Just a touch of Playdoh towards the end.

Finish

Light and airy with a nicely uncomplicated finish.
