Nose: Winey. Oaky. Red wine (or port cask), damp warehouse. Raisins,a hint of\rchocolate. Oak dominates. Dry walnut.
Palate: Sweet and crisp. The spicy burst comes quickly,covering the sweet fruit. Sultanas,dates, figs. Ginger. White pepper. Quite sherbety.
Finish: Dry. Spices dust. A hint of sulphur.

Nose: Big sweet oloroso impact,raisin and a hint of sulphur adding a lift. There's walnut,sticky toffee pudding,coffee bean & black vetiver on top of stewed apple.
Palate: Solid toffee-ed start. Super ripe black fruits. Balancing tannins. Robust weight and deep nuttiness shifts into treacle toffee.
Finish: Spicy.
Comment: Deep,layered and sweet with great balance. Seek it out.
