Taster
Nose: Honey syrup waffles, apple blossom, honey laden sugar syrup. Fresh new leather gloves. Apricots and candied bacon. Melted Rolo sweets on a car dashboard. Hints of seaside barbeques.
Palate: Caramel bars, Parkin and treacle cake. Greengage jam with acacia honey, sliced green apples and white grapes as well.
Finish: Sweet caramel and toffee apples, hints of Greengage linger. A touch of sulphur just at the end.
Comment: Very morish. A northern English bonfire night in a glass.

Taster
Nose: A botanical bonanza with chargrilled sweetcorn, pickled cucumber, pear skin and aloe vera. Salted caramel, linseed oil and freshly baked meringues with a wisp of acetate.
Palate: Herbal mints, digestive biscuits and builder’s tea served with fragrant notes of aniseed, roasted cardamom seeds and jasmine rice. Sprinklings of nutmeg, almond butter and fresh wood shavings too.
Finish: Dry and spicy.
Comment: Fresh and fragrant. A summer’s meadows all bottled up.
