Tasting Notes

Nose

A zippy nose to start: feels like some fresh, new oak here. Citrus and a herbal note, almost rosemary like alongside menthol. That calms quite quickly and then the fruit comes through: apple blossom and salt water taffy.

Palate

Honeysuckle, toffee, caramelised almonds, and vanilla all interplay on the palate.

Finish

Medium length, leading to a slightly woody finish.

Comment

Needs time in the glass to settle and then is more well rounded.
