Nose

A gentle controlled nose. Faint cherry and orange with warm oak. Pear becomes more evident with water, and some balsa wood. Brine and salted lemon.

Palate

Well rounded spice, like malt loaf with golden sultana, melted orange iced lolly and hazelnut.

Finish

Soft, smooth and short.
