Nose

Rich and oily, a note almost of cream sherry. It’s quite intense with some Christmas cake, a bit of buttered croissant and even a custard-filled doughnut. All the dessert.

Palate

Orange zest, alongside dried fruits and nuts — that Christmas cake character remains. It’s very mouth coating, with some maple syrup, bitter chocolate and nutmeg.

Finish

Long and warming.
