Nose

Freshly shaved wood, a pine forest, some lemon peel, tinned pineapple, and Golden Syrup. With water, more berry fruit notes come through.

Palate

Luscious, bursting with blackcurrant, honey, and peaches. I immediately want another sip. There’s a good amount of spice without water but, even so, I am totally taken in. With water, it becomes silky and rounded, with lots more fruit.

Finish

Long and sweet, with nice spice.

A sweet little dram, with loads going on. Very complex and appealing.
