Nose

Peachy foam sweets, which turn quickly to tinned peaches with fromage frais. Woody vanilla and clove notes. Pear, honey, and walnut with a little soft cheese. A hint of orange wine gum.

Palate

Full. Fresh peach and crumbled ginger sponge cake, with the warmth of stem ginger. Rich caramel and a hint of sweet popcorn. Dashes of clove and cinnamon. Hints of floral raspberry and dark chocolate.

Finish

Long, on pear and chocolate.

Comment

Delightfully flavoured. It would make a fine Old Fashioned.
