Taster

Nose: Pear, peach, almond flour, sweet balsamic, and cocoa. Blackberries and cherry sauce. A whiff of coffee cake with fudge frosting.

Palate: Medium. Tart blackcurrants, toffee, and lime juice. Some elderflower cordial, then caramel chews. Some chamomile tea and green apple. Candied orange and ginger segments. Very subtle Turkish delight.

Finish: Medium. The tart fruits fade, leaving the caramel note.

Comment: Big flavours and undeniably tasty, but needs a touch of water.

Score: 8.1
