Nose

Overripe banana and pineapple, scrumpy cider and delightful yeastiness. Spicy cereals and plenty of cinnamon stick, cigar tobacco and leather.

Palate

Full bodied. Strawberry jam on buttered fruit scones, mincemeat (the Christmas kind), bittersweet walnut liqueur and amaro. Almond and subtle gingerbread.

Finish

Long, nutty and leathery. Cigar-like.
