Taster

Nose: Floral and fruity. Wallflower, marshmallow. Marmalade. Complex, deep. Oak with a touch of cedarwood. Crème brûlée. Nutmeg. Liquorice. With water, leather and more floral notes.

Palate: Velvety, mouth coating. Sweet candied fruit. Crème caramel. Pastry like.

Finish: Long and drying on elegant oak notes. A nutty aftertaste.

Comment: A well balanced liquid pudding without excess sweetness.

Taster

Nose: Very dry, with a strong dry white wine note, a blast of sweet smoke, green apple slices some dustiness and maybe even a hint of gooseberry.

Palate: The smoke is quite dry and aromatic, with a touch of vanilla pipe tobacco, some lemon juice and milk chocolate.

Finish: Dry and short, with a sooty smoke lingering.

Comment: A little short on personality this one. The smoke works, but there is little by way of anything else to compliment it.
