Nose

Leather/chamois notes, sliced sweet potato, wet cardboard, fresh coconut,\rtinned fruit and blanched almonds, with a touch of marzipan sweetness.

Palate

A return of the marzipan on the palate, with sweet sponge cake, some juicy\rplums, nectarine and ripe vanilla.

Finish

The marzipan lingers over into the finish, coupled with a touch of drying oak.

Comment

At 19 years, this has reached a harmonious conclusion. Very good indeed.
