Nose

Lots of young grain notes, salted limes, some flint. Baking tins. It seems very flat.

Palate

There is some orange juice and hint of bonfire smoke. Honey comb and tinned fruit salad. It seems a little confused.

Finish

It is too soft and leaves an apple pip astringency at the back of the mouth.

An interesting idea but it needs more identity.
