Taster

Nose: Chargrilled notes, barbecue embers, peppery extra-virgin olive oil, then a vanilla garnish.

Palate: Ultra-delicate with smoky vanilla, earthy, chargrilled notes opening up, while baked apples, vanilla sauce, juicy lemon and maltines.

Finish: Earthy, barbecued flourish with lightly luscious sweetness.

Comment: A cross between a trapeze artist and a tightrope walker: performs dazzling routines while retaining poise and balance.
