Fragrant, smoke: smoked meats, medicinal, but also flowers and citrus. Great complexity.

Palate

Layers of complex, balanced, flavours. Wonderful weight: thrift, flowers, smoked meat, spice. Precise and balanced.

Finish

Long and slightly dry from the smoke but complex.
