Nose

Light and aromatic:raffia, marshmallow and a touch of strawberry. Light citrus (orange) and honey,but there's huge oak influence here:sawmills and sweet sap.

Palate

Completely different to the nose: it's juicy,syrupy and ripe with tinned fruit salad (grapes,pears and apricots) and baked apple before a spicy heat comes through.

Finish

Long and sweet.
