Nose

Needs some time in glass, and the whisky softens nicely. Lots of pleasant fruity and floral notes — blackcurrants, bananas, rose — alongside sweet patisserie. Think: pain aux raisins enjoyed in a summer meadow.

Palate

Lots of yummy notes here: milk chocolate, brown sugar, pecans, fudge, flambéed bananas, and nutmeg.

Finish

A definite spice but with a balanced sweetness that carries through.
