Tasting Notes

Nose

Little flat after a big hit of alcohol. Citric and then some spiced apple juice. Good fresh, lively character and a lifted vegetative note. With water there’s toffee apple, tangerine, cereal husk and lily.

Palate

Immediate spice (cinnamon and aniseed). Intense and clean. Good energy.

Finish

Slightly bitter.

Comment

A fine Linlithgow.
