Tasting Notes

Nose

Moist and vinous. Some orange, slightly waxy, tinned pineapple then moves to fruit cake mix with dry cereal behind. Water adds another layer. Slightly damp wood though.

Palate

Fresh though there’s an underpinning of dried fruit (fig). A little flat in the middle.

Finish

Picks up a very late burst of energy.

Comment

It’s trying so hard to be the life and soul of the party, but hasn’t the personality to do so.
