Nose: Very fresh,slightly salty with turmeric, citrus zest and a touch of candlewax. In time it dries a little:wet\rslate/graphite. With water tangerine.

Palate: Clean and light to start,almost misses the front of the tongue then a burst of spices. Good silky feel.

Finish: Peppery and spicy.

Comment: Good aperitif whisky. Lulls you into a false sense of security then hits you on the finish.

Taster

Nose: Creamy. An appetising mix of cereals and cream. With dried fruits. Like Jordan's cereals. Sweet,nourishing\rand refreshing. Dry peach,cocoa powder,a hint of date.

Palate: Round and firm. The creaminess as on the nose.Fudge sauce. Oakiness shines through with a spicy dryness.

Finish: Quiet long,dry,spicy. Zest of astringency.

Comment: A generous heart with length and depth. Blossoms up with water. To savour with shortbreads.
