At first, runny butterscotch — the squeezy kind you load onto vanilla soft serve. In the background, a bit of warm pineapple, fluffy banana foams, and red wine gums.

Palate

That sweetness is more balanced on the palate, with some intense honey and a touch of caramelised pecans. As it sits, lavender.

Finish

Lengthy finish with a good oomph — there’s a nice spice, a touch of tannin, and sweet cream.
