Nose

A big waft of banana cream pie to start, with some toffee sauce thrown in for good measure. There’s some warm mango, marzipan, and just a touch of rose.

Palate

Lots of good chewy spice here but soft at that — just warming and comforting. Some cinnamon and vanilla pods, Luxardo cherries in syrup, and a bit of dark chocolate. Very moreish.

Finish

Full and spicy but not overpowering — just lets you know it’s there.
