Nose

Delicate and floral (rose petal, Turkish delight) but with a gentle fruitiness, like young strawberries or raspberry leaf tea. A richer, sweet undertone of caramel, morello cherries and raisin-studded milk chocolate.

Palate

Fruity and chocolatey with a delicious oily texture. The bramble fruits pull through, but it becomes dry and spicy with black pepper and chilli heat.

Finish

Dry. The spice subsides to advent calendar chocolate and dried cranberries.

A lovely whisky to enjoy in the lead up to Christmas.
