Nose

At first it’s grassy and green, with pear drop and a whiff of hair spray. Somewhat herbal, with tarragon and marjoram. Then there’s sawn oak and sweet pastries with sultanas and cream.

Palate

Very light, with icing-sugar sweetness. The sultana and vanilla cream transfers over on to the palate, as the nose suggests.

Finish

More vanilla, with more of that green note. Perhaps a very subtle celery edge?
