Nose

Delicate peat smoke appears in the form of smouldering heather, with a faint, salty seaweed, samphire vibe. There’s a green, agave quality to it, reminiscent of a reposado mezcal.

Palate

Green and youthful, with lots of bright fruit and an earthy, coastal smoke. Dry spice picks up, bringing with it a creamy vanilla character.

Finish

Agave, aloe vera and a gentle smoke lightly kissed by vanilla ice cream.
