Nose

Spicy to begin with — some cumin and celery seed and then parsley, before an unexpected hint of melon.

Palate

Lots more melon comes through on the palate — there’s both watermelon and cantaloupe, along with peach water and honeysuckle.

Finish

Drops off fairly quickly and leaves a cooling feel on the palate.

Comment

The initial nose of this one confused me but it felt more balanced once a sip had been taken.
