Nose

Very floral and herbal with rose oil, crushed pomegranate. Crushed meringues, granny’s sherry trifle and just a little hint of paracetamol.

Palate

Wholemeal flour, paracetamol and red apple skin. Dried sage, pork crackling and salted butter begin to appear alongside porridge, nectar honey and nutmeg popcorn.

Finish

The herbal tones continue throughout with ginger-infused green tea dryness.
