Nose: Tomato paste and hoi sin sauce. Melted chocolate.

Palate: Sweet and sickly yet astringent at the same time.

Finish: Cloying yet woody at the same time.

Comment: Not a great example.

Taster

Nose: Mature but slightly greasy and a little soapy. Boiled sweets. Very buttery and slightly spicy (cumin).

Palate: Cognac like: dried peels, grilled nut and good grip. Long and quite full in body.

Finish: Burnt cake. Slightly bitter.

Comment: Lacks balance.
