Taster

Nose: Definitely an old dram.Cedar, old floor. Antique shop. Beeswax. Old leather armchair. Cooked apples in cinnamon. Then orange curd. A complex interlacing of fruit and wood.

Palate: Very smooth and velvety. The same fruit and oak mix. Cedary. Developing\ron soft spices.

Finish: Lingering. Soothing, keeping fruit all the way.

Comment: A beautiful old dram. Could not stay longer in oak though. You can feel\rtiredness coming through.

Taster

Nose: Freshly polished furniture, wax, preserved lemon, caramelised stone fruits, dusty leaves. With water there's apples in sacks and white peach.

Palate: Sweet start then a slow reveal, moving across the tongue. Sandalwood. Highly sophisticated, though with a certain fragility to it despite its fantastic length.

Finish: Gentle and soft.

Comment: A fantastic mature dram. A revelation.
