ABV 46%
Almost a savoury whisky but I reckon would go well with dessert, especially Kumquats.

Nose: Full of orange zest and ripe soft fruits. Then pine sap and cedar slowly emerge, but fruit is the main element.
Palate: Sweet for a moment then bags of fruit, passion fruit, mango and ginger. A honey element too.
Finish: Long and subtle.
Comment: Almost a savoury whisky but I reckon would go well with dessert, especially Kumquats.

Nose: Citrussy. Grapefruit juice. Then a pleasant display of exotic fruit. Passion fruit, mango, touch of lime. A fruity character. Flowering currant.
Palate: Crisp and dry. The exotic fruit burst out. enhanced by a ginger kick.
Finish: Lingering. Still exotic. With a nutty aftertaste.
Comment: Reminds of an Irish whiskey! So much exotic fruit and flowering currant. A big character. Not on the sweet side. Which is not a defect.
Score: 8.6
