A surprising dram. There is plenty of fruit but also, a spirit feel although it is not strong. Just as the cask had not given much. But the colour is not pale... Well? It tastes young anyway.

Nose: Fruity, estery. Apples and pears. Very close to a new make scent. Peaches on time; really fruity.
Palate: Sweet and fruity. A full basket of fresh William pears. And nothing more.
Finish: Dry and quickly fading though.
Comment: A surprising dram. There is plenty of fruit but also, a spirit feel although it is not strong. Just as the cask had not given much. But the colour is not pale... Well? It tastes young anyway.

Taster
Nose: A light estery edge at first, 35mm film cases, then tinned fruits, peaches, strawberries. Apple boxes, fresh mown hay meadows.
Palate: Sweet with honey and orange peel. Vanilla yoghurt and manuka honey. Ripe bananas and pears poached in cider.
Finish: Short with sweet toffee notes.
Comment: Great levels of flavour, takes some time to phantom it out. A little spirity but fun.
Score: 7.6
