Nose
Greek yoghurt with lots of honey, red apple, and fresh berries – blueberry, blackberry and raspberry. Wholemeal flour and yeast starter, candied lemon and orange squash. Walnuts and treacle bass notes.
Palate
Light bodied. Well-integrated flavours from the nose are joined by a significant nuttiness (almonds and walnuts), along with fruits of the forest – minus the cherry. Raisin and chewy cinder toffee, too.
Finish
Medium-short, with a little black tea.
Comment
Another solid Highlander.
