Nose

Summery florals and grassy notes are joined by vanilla ice cream and maple syrup. Cream cheese and physalis, with a little millionaire shortbread.

Palate

Very light bodied. Overripe apples, pears and strawberries are backed by delicate notes of sesame snap bar and chewy toffees. A little golden syrup and milk chocolate.

Finish

Medium-short, with dessert sweetness fading to apple skin.

A well-balanced crowd pleaser with big flavours and some complexity.
