Nose
Reminiscent of a forest: sap, and tree bark, wild honey, and moss. As it sits, more fruity notes come out: warm apples dipped in caramel.
Palate
That orchard-fruit note continues on the palate, with some pears added in. Then lots of root beer, balsam trees, and a good bit of warming spice: nutmeg and clove.
Finish
Full-on finish — stays around a long time, and keeps the mouth coated.
Comment
A bit of a wild one — needs time in the glass, and has a good amount of complexity.
