Some great elements roll in here from the nose right through to the palate. A wonderful balance.

Nose: Oranges wrapped in plastic waxed paper, lemon drizzle cake. Wood smoke, barley fields and caramel-filled madeleines with milk chocolate sauce.
Palate: Icing sugar and a little orange marmalade, but also Lily of the Valley talc powder and pistachio nut. Orange barley sugar sweets, and orange travel sweets.
Finish: The nuttiness drives to the end mixed with the orange barley water sweetness.
Comment: Some great elements roll in here from the nose right through to the palate. A wonderful balance.

Nose: Chewy, mouth-watering yellow and green Starburst, bitter, citrussy lime marmalade (with the peel in) and pink grapefruit juice.
Palate: A heady rush of fragrant and powdery Turkish delight, before luscious citrus tones of pink grapefruit juice and lemon-flavoured water. A maltiness arrives last in the form of a bowl of crunchy dry Weetabix.
Finish: Bitter citrus peel and rosewater.
Comment: A citrussy, floral treat that’s refreshingly distillate-driven yet well balanced. I’ll have another.
Score: 9.3
