Nose: Highly concentrated. Wet leather, raspberry,ripe berry fruits,caramel. Shows maturity. Mealy with water.
Palate: Palate coating. Deep ripe fruitiness. Loses a little towards the finish and diminishes with water.
Finish: Soft,mature,fading.
Comment: A big initial impact then a slow gentle falling away.Worth a look.

Nose: Rich,nutty. Praline,hazelnuts, pistacios. Elegant. Taking you to the baking oven. Cooked pears in puff\rpastry. Hint of marmalade.
Palate: Oily,mouth-coating. Cooked fruit. Prunes soaked in spicy tea. Stem ginger. Roasted apple skin. Hot\rspices. Tabasco.
Finish: Warm,dry,spicy.
Comment: A refined aromatic profile. Certainly a worthwhile companion at any time. And certainly a rewarding drink at pudding time. Maltier when diluted.
